How to make modifications on all pages, not just one e.g. delete navbar menu items? (I'm using dreamweaver)

Hi there. I have an Envato website template and I wish to make modifications to elements that are typically common to all web pages such as navbars/logos/theme color etc. I wish to apply whatever changes I make to all pages on the website, naturally. As it stands I can only edit each page individually.

I am working in Dreamweaver. Might anyone be able to direct me to information on how to do this?

I am following along with the index.html within the ‘Documentation’ folder (which I presume is the “help file” that people are referring to) and I am learning a lot that way, but I cannot find the info I need.
