How to include Custom font licence in theme files

I am using custom fonts in my theme. I have permission to distribute. How to tell this to the reviewer while submitting

OnePlus have just released Open Beta 8/17 for the OnePlus 3/3T, which comes with the feature to change the font between the default Google Roboto font and OnePlus’ new font, OnePlus Slate™.

I thought I’d share the new font’s TTF files if anyone is interested.

DISCLAIMER

In the OxygenOS Open Beta 17 currently installed on my OnePlus 3 , in Settings > About Phone > Legal Information > Open source licences the following files are licensed under the Apache v2.0 License :

/system/fonts/SlateForOnePlus-Black.ttf
/system/fonts/SlateForOnePlus-Bold.ttf
/system/fonts/SlateForOnePlus-Book.ttf
/system/fonts/SlateForOnePlus-Light.ttf
/system/fonts/SlateForOnePlus-Medium.ttf
/system/fonts/SlateForOnePlus-Regular.ttf
/system/fonts/SlateForOnePlus-Thin.ttf

Therefore I am permitted to distribute these files with reference to the owner, as long as I generate no profit from doing so. I have uploaded these fonts to Google Drive, which does not pay me, hence I should have permission to share these fonts. I have clearly stated that I do not own these fonts , and that their creator is Rod McDonald.

Full licence of these font files available here: https://hastebin.com/raw/wibazoluja
