Is there a Font license with a purchased theme ?

Hello, I bought a theme ’ Leo Fashion Store’ a couple of years ago. And kept the font ‘Brandon’ used in the theme.
Now the author of the font is asking me my license key for using it.
And can’t find any font license in the package downloaded from themforest.
Do I need to buy one ? Or the font license should have been already in the theme I purchased ?

Hello.
I have the same question. I«ve asked the author but he did not answer me.
I have received an email from The Type Founders LLC arguing about font usage on my website that is not licensed. But the font was distributes with the theme.

Hope for an answer.~

If the font required a license to use for your website then you have to purchase a license. If the author bought a commercial license of the font for distributing with the item then it should work for you. Please check the font license from the The Type Founders LLC website and will be better if you get response from the author.
