Need help with google fonts.

I want to use Google Fonts in my html template. And I will be greatefull if someone answer to few my questions.

A. What is the right way to include Google Fonts in html template?
B. Should I credit the author and (or) provide a link to resource? If so, where (description or help file)?
C. Should I include a licence file for font in main download? Or should I provide a link to it?
