How should I download the new update on ZoxPress theme?

Hey, I received an email to download an update on my ZoxPress theme. Where do I find the update and how should I upload the file?

Hi,

You can download it from your themeforest account download tab
https://themeforest.net/downloads
You can upload update version at your wordpress dashboard appearance > themes area
Of you can contact with your purchase item author @MVPThemes right here as a comments
