How can i input upload my new template to word press

In wordpress dashboard.

To upload your theme, follow these steps:

  1. Download the theme’s .zip file.
  2. Go to Appearance → Themes in your site’s dashboard.
  3. Click the Install Theme button in the top right corner.
  4. Preview or activate the theme.
