Hello there. I installed the theme Zox New by subscription via Envato Elements. The description says that updates are included. How can I download the update? The theme developer requires a purchase code.
Unfortunately, elements downloads do not include support or updates in the same way as Themeforest.
If the description talks about updates then it is most likely that the author just didn’t update things from the version on Themeforest.
If the author does add an updated version on Elements then you would need to download the item again to get the most up-to-date version.
