I downloaded a theme from Envato Elements and it says updates included but I can’t do any updated because it requires purchase code and all plug-ins are outdated. Almost all themed I download is like this. Can anyone please help me? Thank you!

There are no purchase codes on Envato Elements. Registrations and updates only apply for CodeCanyon or ThemeForest items (which are purchased individually).
You do however get the latest version if you have an active Elements subscription, but you need to download the theme again and update it manually.
Buying the item from ThemeForest comes with more benefits (such as support from the author and automated updates) than downloading it from Elements.
