Installing ThemeForest Wordpress theme update.

Hi all,

I received an e-mail from ThemeForest to download an update.
I downloaded the file and now I’m not sure what to do.

If I upload the theme again, do I have to install it in WordPress like it’s a brand new theme? And will it replace my current theme (the same theme, just an older version)?

For example, I manually uploaded each product, description, price and volume. So I don’t want to do that all again. So If I upload the new files, will it replace all current pages to the new ‘updated’ theme and I have to upload all info again?

No, need to install like previous.
You can contact with your item author they will help you out in this situation.

I would like to recommend you please at first read theme docuemtation how to make update the theme. Also best practice is making a full backup before doing any update. If you have any query about the process best thing will be contact the theme Author.
