Weekend plus days off for Easter, so it wasn’t possible for support team to see that yet. Response time varies and depends also on what they need to do and if it engages other teams as well. Usually it’s 2-3 days, but when they get more tickets time prolongs, which will be the case this week, because they were away longer.
