I purchased The WP Pro Real Estate 6 Responsive WordPress Theme on Wednesday March 30th. I contact support regarding an issue and have still not heard back. I can’t even seem to log in and find my ticket. This seems like a terrible system. I’d love it if someone could simply post a link to the page where I can see the ticket I submitted or at least to the page where I can submit a new ticket.
I purchased this theme for a client and I can’t do any work on their site until I hear back from support. If I can’t get some answers, I’m going to try and just get a refund - this is ridiculous.
