How do I contact an author/creator on Envato Elements?

Hi there
How do I contact a template creator / author in Env Elements? I have downloaded a template for AE, and it simply will not work properly (AE cc2020)

You would have to find their profile on videohive but unfortunately envato elements downloads do not come with support or update, so it may be that the author is unable/unwilling to help
