Is there a place I can ask an author about an element. I’m having an issue with one of the callout PR packages and I can’t find a place on that persons package to ask a question.

I see that for the “market”, but I’m on a subscription with envato elements. How do I contact an author there?
envato elements do not come with author’s support but you can go to author profile page at envato market and use the right side contact form to get in touch with the author.
