struggle with a template

hello. this is my first post in this forum.
i just downloaded this template today:

and having a really hard time using it, because the read.me file is not well explained and the after effects file is a bit complicated i feel…

i would like to get some support on using it but i cannot see how to contact the author through envanto elements…

what to do?

Keep in mind that items on Elements do include support, but hopefully they’ll be able to help you.
