How do I cancel my payout?

I currently have a payout plan connected to paypal. If I earn more than 50 dollars, that money will go from my aj account to my paypal account, how do I cancel this automatic transfer? I can’t find any options for it at the ‘‘payout’’ tab.

You can’t - the withdrawl process is automated assuming you are above the minimal amount

The only way to see if envato may be able to help with this would be to contact support as per @CleanMagicAudio’s link

To add - you used to be able to, but a year or so ago they switched it to automatic.
