I have made a lot of withdraws in the past but I don`t know if AudioJungle changed the web site because I can find the way to do it !

I set up the PayPal account but still I can`t see how to request the withdraw !

Assuming you have enough ($50 minimum) in your account then the process is all automated on the 15th of each month.
It is not possible to request withdrawals on any date - it is a universal process on the 15th of each month.
