I think you mean your monthly payout. If I am correct then -
Payouts are processed on the 15th of each month . To be eligible for a payout on the 15th you must have been eligible by the last day of the previous month.
Please note: if the 15th day of the month falls on a weekend or an Australian public holiday, then payouts will be processed the following business day.
That sounds like you’ve entered the wrong payment information in your account. It’s best to contact Envato Support for this. Usually the only time they bounce back to your Envato account is if there is a payment issue based on your account information. Use this → Envato Authors Help and Support
