How can I send the message to Author Support Center?

I need help. I just want to send a message to Support center in order to discuss why my photo which has been sold here many times already after adding more keywords was deleted?

It’s a real quest to find the form for the sending of a message to the support centre!

Please advise how can I send a simple message to Author support center?

of course I did it. But after I selected the subject nothing happened… Just nothing…
Now I sent the message by email on support@envato.com

Adding keywords means the image will be reviewed again and even if it has sold numerous times here, if it an image that Envato doesn’t want to include in their portfolio now, they reject it and disable. I have stopped updating keywords of my images that transferred from Twenty20 because of that.
