Quality, variety, uniqueness and consistency in all those is what they are looking for. If they have plenty of such content already, then they believe you have nothing new to offer. Try creating new items covering topics they need, with focus on originality and give your best while creating those.

Yes, items just go again through review for Envato Elements.
