How can I change withdraw account for Payoneer

I don’t know if I write this article in the correct section or not !!

I’ve requested a withdraw since 1 month ago and I received a message that
you’ve processed the withdraw to my Payoneer account.

But there is nothing happened … my Payoneer account still have no balance
and also I didn’t received an email about this transaction …

Please help me

Best to withdrawal on the last day of the month and funds received 15th in the next month (two weeks). If you are looking for a withdrawal 2th in month will waiting month and a half for payment.

I know the way of withdrawing ,and I’ve received a message from Envato saying " We We just processed your request for xxUSD via payoneer. " but the money not arrived :slight_smile:
