How to change Payoneer withdrawal account?

Hi, please tell me how can i change my Payoneer account?
I see message: ‘Your Payoneer account is set up.’ on withdrawals page of my account, but i can’t found anywhere how i can add or change the Payoneer account

I already submitted ticket 631180 for this to Envato support, but waiting 5 days for answer :frowning:

Help me please!

What do you mean by “change my Payoneer account”? You don’t want to withdraw earning to Payoneer?

I have not received my card by post so i want withdraw earnings to another Payoneer account

If that card are not on the same Payoneer account, you must cancel withdrawal and contact Envato support. You must order cards via DHL :wink:
