I was wondering if anyone can help me. I was in the process of purchasing licenses for Jupiter X theme on themeforest.net, and my account got locked. I signed up for an account, and successfully purchased the first license. Then in the process of purchasing the second license, suddenly an "Account Locked’ message came up. I contacted support, but there was no reason, or information on why the account was locked, just a “sorry weren’t not unlocking it” email back. Is there any phoneline or contact that I can do to get this worked out, or to at least get a reason for the ban? I am very confused on what happened. I wasn’t given any reason or recourse on how to get this resolved.
I just need to purchase two licenses for the Jupiter X theme that we are using on our company websites.
I find the situation so strange. Support has given no help on how to resolve whatever it was that I did to trigger this.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
