Help with a logo that isn't to standard

Hi there,

I have been using your website for about 10 years now & I love it! But I have recently purchased a logo & the quality is terrible! I paid $40 USD for it & another $20 to get it edited. I want to ask for my money back, if you look at it, the quality is horrible & far from what I have come to expect from Envato!

Is the a email address that I can get someone to help me with this?

this is a bad idea to promote these things … have a look at my comment to reply and meditate about it … try to do as if it happened to u , it will help …
