Without seeing a demo of what you sent and what it is i.e. WP HTML, PSD etc. then it’s hard for anyone to give practical advice, however, that list seems more like a hard rejection and gives quite a clear direction on what needs fixing.

On a side note, I would strongly suggest reconsidering your username - having something which could very easily be mistaken for one of the most successful and respected powerelite authors on envato might seem like a clever move but actually could well create more problems for both you or them.
