[Soft Reject] html template soft rejected

Hello Community,
I had a soft reject for my html template. Here is the some comments of envato reviewer. Fixed other issues but i need help for following issues:

Here is the demo link: https://www.themeaves.com/aonomy/

Hi mate,

Looks like you’ve been stomped on with the same soft rejection reasons that I struggled with for almost two months, before getting my template approved. Here is what I can say first based on the reviewer comments:

  1. Typographic hierarchy
After looking at your template quickly, I can say that you almost have one type of heading, no subtitles and no paragraph styles. Modern websites rely a lot on a good typographic hierarchy. Read the articles provided by the reviewer, they are good. Just apply the principles described in them.

  2. Typeface and audience
Every website type has a specific audience with a specific mindset. Those have to match. Look at me for instance: I heavily used a handwritten font (Pacifico google font) in my saas, and landing page template. Result : got bashed by the reviewer because it didn’t match the intended audience, even though I personally liked it. But no. These are mandatory standards. The font you use (didn’t inspect) doesn’t carry anything. Go for something sharper and bolder and read the articles.

  3. Spacing and alignment
The worst nightmare. You’ll have to go on every single element and ensure that paddings, margins, and item alignment are consistent across the template. It took me 2 weeks (6 hours per day) to go over the 80+ pages of my template. It was a nightmare. But it was like that only because of me, I didn’t code a clean project from the start, so it then became harder to fix it. Read the spacing guidelines and you HAVE to install some kind of ruler extension for your browser to check spacing and alignments.

  4. Other remarks

  • colors and how you use them need improvement.
  • assess every image you use. Does it fulfill its purpose. You have to convert customers with strong content.
  • don’t overabuse “lorem ipsum”, it might give a too generic feeling
  • responsive layout is unstable, try removing the overflow X.

I will stop here, you have work to do, but Iam sure that you will manage to get approved. Good luck!

Hi mate,

Looks like you’ve been stomped on with the same soft rejection reasons that I struggled with for almost two months, before getting my template approved. Here is what I can say first based on the reviewer comments:

  1. All parts of your demo should look like a finished product. example: https://envato.d.pr/feeAWe and more.

  2. The typographic hierarchy of this item requires additional work. For more information, please read: http://webdesign.tutsplus.com/articles/understanding-typographic-hierarchy--webdesign-11636

  3. There are spacing and alignment issues in this item. Please make sure that all elements are aligned properly and spacing is consistent from section to section. Here are some articles with more information regarding negative space and proper spacing: https://webdesign.tutsplus.com/articles/using-white-space-or-negative-space-in-your-designs--webdesign-3401, https://webdesign.tutsplus.com/articles/adding-space-to-your-designs--webdesign-14836

  4. Mobile styling needs attention/improvement in some areas. Please check/test your pages carefully and resolve all issues.
