Help ! My ppt and google slides have been approved but the keynote is rejected

My item was approved on the ppt and google slides versions, but I uploaded the keynote version a few days after that. and I got a rejection email for the keynote version.

Even though this is the same design but a different version, why the keynote version is rejected?

hi these things happen … i guess that it happened to all of us … i had a product approved in 4 different formats and the last one rejected … if the theme and style are the same i think that there is nothing for u to do but posting somewhere else …

Did you tell the reviewer that it was approved in other categories?

yes i did it before upload the item
