Help! Account balance zero


We just logged in to purchase a couple of themes for a new project. When I last logged in a couple months ago we had a balance of around $300. But now it’s showing a balance of $0 with no new purchases.

What happened to all the money we deposited, and how do we get it back?

You must have received an email saying the credit has expired. Just click on the link provided in the email to restore the balance to the original amount.
