Work with computer ~3 hrs a day.
In total amount 2 Rejections, 4 Approvals so far.

6- 10 hours a day. In average - 8h/day 5-6 days a week.

I never work for more than one hour without having a cigarette break, and I try to not work more than one day without taking a week off. I’m thinking of going crazy and doing two or three days a week though… get back into whipping a whole bunch of new items.

And certainly, having breaks. 50 min - work, 10 min - break. Every hour. And 2times/week - gym.
