I think the reason for the hard reject is that the design feels a bit too basic 
. Maybe try to spice up the typography and make the fonts pop a bit more? The colors also look a bit flat, so you could add some depth or contrast. Also, the image quality doesn’t quite match the vibe, so maybe use higher-quality pictures or try something more creative with the image.

Please explain in detail why this is not up to standard.
Wrong colors, typography “friday” too difficult to read because shadow not see very well, contrast, need your make more creative more unique design.
Too reliant on stock elements that are presumably uneditable and not yours to distribute
Take this rout and there’s not much left where the typography and execution still needs a lot of work eg info and sub title letter spacing is too much, date info and positioning feels forced and natural, etc.
