The logo should be concise. It’s looks more like an illustration. A lot of extra elements. Imagine how it will look in miniature (for example, on a business card). In a small size, you will not see anything there. In addition, the color range is bad. Lack of any idea

This means you cannot submit it again. Just start from the beginning, trying not to make the same mistake.
