Hard rejection for my item could some one help me why?

Hello dear Authors,
My new item just got a hard rejection with this messag;
“Thank you for your submission. We have completed our review of “Vibrant_Theme” and unfortunately we found it isn’t at the quality standard required to move forward, and you won’t be able to re-submit this item again.”

Could you please help me to figure out what exactly was wrong.

The theme design has many issues, I am not in the position of telling you which they are since I am not a designer and the biggest issue is that this type of themes is not approved anymore because it has been done before too many times, I can find at least 100 themes that looks similar with yours.

I wish I could do more for you but like I said I am not a designer. Is best that someone else with more experience could help.
