We’re a new author on AudioJungle and we have one item for sale. Our second upload was hard rejected and we would like to hear your comments as to why this may be. The comment from the reviewer says “This item does not meet the general commercial quality standard required to be accepted on AudioJungle” - fair enough, but not very specific. Hi MidnightSunMusic, I like the style of this track! I think the main way to improve would be to get away from the ‘MIDI’ sound of this track. Take efforts to make each instrument sound more natural- maybe some realistic room reverb across all instruments for more ambience? Also, the guitar mix doesn’t really work- I think it would work better if you double the guitar to give a fuller sound and build your mix around that. I hope that helps!

Thanks! Bringing as much life as possible to MIDI is definitely a key aspect of producing a successful track, we’ll definitely keep focusing on that in the future. Good points about the sound perhaps being on the dry side and the guitar mix. Doubling the guitar and making that work in the mix might have added some nice overall punch.
