Got 17 Reversal in last 30 days :(

I know about reversal and reversal time. But 17 reversal on a single product in last 30 days :cry: :sob:
I don’t know what’s happening!! In covid-19 paediatric it’s too much. 5 or 6 reversal in a month it will be ok. Which already faced in before. But 17 reversal on a single product, I experienced this first time.

That’s weird. You should contact Envato support for details but considering the support is busy these days, you may have to wait up to two weeks to get a proper answer
