GOODLIFE - trouble / customer fears after purchase

Hello, I bought this theme in the confidence that it will be updated, but when I try to activate it, I realize that the theme author seems to treat this theme half-heartedly, because it no longer appears anywhere on their website: https://fuelthemes.net/ and all links that lead internally to it no longer work as they were originally intended. The theme forum, for example, leads here: https://fuelthemes.ticksy.com/ and in the documentation in the download package from Themeforest this link is given: Knowledge Base Archive - Fuel Themes Documentation Here there is no longer any recognizable reference to the GOODLIFE theme. I cannot activate this theme right now because the purchase code given via Themeforest is not saved, accepted and I am afraid that if I set it up, it will soon no longer be maintained with updates. What kind of untrustworthy behavior is this from the theme author named fuelthemes's profile on ThemeForest? Regarding my problem, I have used the contact function to the author via Themeforest as well as via his website. In addition, I urgently request information about the future of this theme. How reputable is this provider? Are they seriously still interested in maintaining their WordPress themes, the GOODLIFE theme?

With best regards
Anja

When did you try contacting them?

Seems to still be active Support for GoodLife - Magazine & Newspaper WordPress Theme with an update only 2 weeks ago.

@fuelthemes are both a power elite and one of the most respected authors on here so it seems unlikely that they would abandon any of their items

I really hope that the author will provide answers to my questions in the next two days. Just today I wrote, I have to say. As a web designer, I often buy themes here and this is the first time I’ve experienced an author not advertising their theme at all, links going nowhere, a support email starting with gmail. I only notice all this because the purchase code doesn’t work. Since I wanted to create a website for World Women’s Day, which is this Saturday, I’m running out of time. I must have decided in two days at the latest whether I will spend time with GOODLIFE, if only because the theme author is certainly not losing interest in GOODLIFE, while his strategy seems to have shifted to WooCommerce and Shopify on https://fuelthemes.net/. It remains exciting! I really hope @fuelthemes still maintains GOODLIFE itself and that it is future-proof.
