Product we purchased no longer available

We purchased a theme a few months ago, but never downloaded it. The project wasn’t ready to begin yet. We are ready to begin it, but the product is no longer available. Is there a way for us to obtain the product we purchased? The theme was Wonderwall.

You can try contacting the author (who is very highly respected and experienced here) to see if it is temporarily disabled, however authors have the right to remove files if they choose as per T&Cs.
