Freesbies audio license free on Youtube

Hello, I would like clarification. I am a teacher and in January or February (I don’t remember) I downloaded an audio file (https://audiojungle.net/item/tension/17448971) from a Freebies that I receive monthly (free) on my personal account. Can I insert this audio file into a video of my school and publish it on youtube without having problems with copyright?

Yes, you can use in your YouTube video.

I see that track is registered in Haawk. You won´t have problems about copyright, this company is just for youtube´s monetization.

If you need more information;

I tried to upload the video to youtube but I receive a copyright notice. If I follow the procedure described in the link you have attached, can I resolve? What does it mean that Haawk is only for YouTube monetization?

A copyright notice does not mean that copyrights have been infringed, and this shouldn’t be confused with a YouTube. It’s simply a notice to advise that YouTube has detected Content ID registered content within the video, and that further information/action is needed.

Again, if you’ve licensed the music from AudioJungle, you will be easily able to clear this notice and you shouldn’t have anything to worry about.

Just send to Haawk the code and then they will remove the claim.

I have a licensed track, with YouTube content ID disabled, with the tickbox but I have a copyright dispute with your track, ‘Relax LoFi Meditation Background’.

I sent the license but it was rejected.

Please do not list the track as free from YouTube content ID, as i now, need to disable the video & re-export with a royalty free track.

What is the name of the claimant?

Unfortunately, tracks advertised as not registered with ContentID are unprotected and often targeted by fraudster who register them in their name.

This is why you always want to use registered tracks, not doing so exposes you to all sorts of shenanigans.

ContentID is the industry standard, all professional authors register their tracks.

It complies, I use other tracks & I attach a license to clear it.

The videos are only on a personal channel on YouTube. I think the company Elite Alliance are getting false positives because even with an official license, they do not clear the track.

Elite Alliance Music

I have a license for the track & have added it but it was rejected.

I was asking about the copyright owner (the author), not the asset manager (Elite Alliance). I was asking, because if the claimant is not the actual author but instead a fraudster, that would explain why your license was rejected.

But since it’s managed by Elite Alliance, it’s possible that they rejected it based on the validity of the license. Are you sure you’ve never used that license on other videos before? Are you sure your use is not breaching the terms of the license? (by any chance, you’re not doing “relaxing music” type videos, are you?)
