track title different to copyright claim

I download a track for a complex you tube project and licenced it accordingly. You tube has flagged it for copyright under a different title to that to which it is listed on envato. How do i remedy this?

Click on the link below and select “Release a HAAWK Claim on a video”, then enter the link to your video, your name, email, and copy and paste your license information in the message part of the form. The claim should be released within just a few hours after you click SUBMIT. Link: www.haawk.com/whitelist

That only works if the claim was made by HAAWK, was it?

Or was it AdRev, or someone else?
