I am working on a startup and I was wondering on whether to purchase an extended or regular license for a wordpress theme. Our end goal was to sell the company, which included the wordpress website.
Regular is fine as long as you are only using it for one website

The main difference between these licenses is that under the Regular License , your end product (incorporating the item you’ve purchased) is distributed free of charge , whereas under the Extended License your end product may be sold or otherwise limited to paying customers .

As you can see, the difference between them is influenced by the end product. If the end product can be accessed free of charge then a regular license is suitable for you.
