Hi envato, your Reviever has been joking with me for three months, I should change the name of the theme and put something else, and I can rename the theme and upload the theme and waste a month more.

So you got hard reject for only naming?
I think it should be a soft reject, we can’t wait 1 month just for a name
Soft reject by the looks of it. Not entirely sure what the issue is though… can’t you just follow the instructions in the reject comments? If the reviewer was attempting to joke around, you thibk they’d at least make it funny, rather than quoting the rules relating to tags and naming conventions that everyone has to follow.
Maybe the reviewer is on some reviewing forum saying “this author has been joking with me for three months. He keeps wasting our time by not following the rules.”

I don’t understand, the reviewer soft rejected your item on August 21 and you re-submitted it on November 13.
How does it come to that the reviewer wasted your 3 months? It seems like YOU wasted your 3 months by yourself, not the reviewer.

It’s your fault. Reviewer feedback only 4 days.
i have got same problem. i also have HTML and PSD versions Approved. Most interesting part is my theme name is unique and there is no item with same name on Marketplace.
