This error occurs when the file you are trying to upload into WordPress is not a valid theme file. Please go back to your downloads page and download the theme again, making sure to select āInstallable WordPress file only.ā
If you donāt see this option, then you may have purchased an item which is not compatible with WordPress. I would suggest contacting the author of the item you purchased to see if they offer a WordPress version and can help you exchange it.

If itās a WP theme then as per @KingDog instructions itās easy to install.

All items are in the individual categories which will make it clear which platform they are intended for.
All item pages have author details and a support tab above the preview image which outlines how to contact them.
If you share the item name then someone can point you to the author support but again @KingDog has explained the process for any WP theme

It seems to me that you might be missing some valid instructions, or understanding of the product you claim to have purchased. Let me try to explain it for you.
In your initial comment you say:

What is name and link to the item which your purchased?
The only āi***tā is you here. You are not even able to install a WP theme. I suggest spending some time learning the basics of WP and reading the advice the other user sent you here.
