We’re having trouble using the market plugin to update a plugin. (Yes, I know it’s possible to download it from my items). The token works and checks OK. But it says “update not available”. From the logs it seems like something is wrong with SSL, what are the reuirements for the Envato market plugin? what does it need from the server?

Please make sure you are using the latest version Envato Market plugin.

are you trying to update the plugin you have purchased from codecanyon or collected from theme bundle?

The plugin uses the Envato Market API to check for updates, which requires the server to support TLSv1.2 at a minimum.
Can you post the specific errors you saw in the logs here (please remove any tokens or sensitive information first). Alternatively, you can send that info to us by opening a support ticket (if you do that, please include a link to this forum post in the ticket so it comes to the right place).

We’re having trouble using the market plugin to update a Theme, API works like normal, only there is a new update available, however, click the update icon and no response, any help? thanks
Was this minimum recently changed because my server has always used TLSv1.0? It just stopped updating all of a sudden on all my clients websites.
