Can someone explain why analytics for a product item is missing? It is now just an empty graph.
Same here.
If you haven’t forgotten about SEO and Cyber Week Sales .))))), it’s either Envato is preparing us for the future or there’s a problem with the “data” as I think they are merging the systems with SS - had been some issues with “statistics” earlier at Elements and probably we will see some updates here
GA3 was recently switched off as some systems are migrating to GA4. That may have something to do with it.
@KingDog
Any information that when it’d be ready? An estimate?
Would it be possible to see the traffic during “down” period later on the statictic?
Hi @ki-themes & @Avirtum. This is currently under investigation, but there’s no ETA yet - it looks like these were affected by the GA3 shutdown. Any Market authors who were using Google Analytics should still be getting more detailed weekly CSV reports, as those were a priority to move over to GA4.
Once the /analytics
item page reports are back, they should have pageview data for the “downtime” period.
I’ll check with that team again tomorrow, and will update this thread if there is more information available.
Zero views on new tracks - - - nothing on any tracks since June ended.
That’s never happened before.
Anyone else experiencing this?
Or is it just me?
Yeah, I also find that from 1st July the visitors show nothing. Seems like its a glitch again.
Same here, on my Themeforest dashboard.
Any estimated timeline on when this is going to be fixed?
Thanks
This is what I got from the support:
I don’t have a solid date to share right now, but the issue should be solved in a few weeks.
@BenLeong
Any update with this issue? It’s been almost 3 weeks and there’s still no news or update.
I’m not expecting anything this month but would it be ready for the next month?
Hi @ki-themes. This should be back online fairly soon - it’s being re-tooled to use GA4 data, but there aren’t direct matches for some of the data points in the current display.
Pageviews and bounce rates are both tracked in GA4, so the “views” part of that tab should be quick to fix.
“Referrals” from GA3 don’t really exist in GA4, as they’re now covered by lots of different events that would previously have been considered the same data point. I’m not sure what the current plan is for that graph, but the views one looks like the priority to get fixed.
We have GA4 data running back to mid November 2023, so once the data source is changed over you should have access to historical item analytics from that point onwards.
When Item Analytics tab is not working , then my item is 0 Sale .
Therefore, I don’t have data to base my strategy on
Sales are related to the traffic/SEO that I believe Envato stopped paying for advertises.
I’ve asked the team when we can expect to see the Item Analytics tab running with GA4 data - when I know more, I’ll report back in this thread.
Envato still has an SEO team that actively works on Market, and we also run paid Search and Display ads for all our sites.
It’d be nice to see the statistic of the items soon - Any estimate?
The analytics started appearing, but they are showing wrong analytics for the date. Looks like it is showing highest to lowest traffic.
There are some serious problems with the charts. All the numbers are messed up.
Maybe they are still working on this.
