I am a youtube creator – animator and graphics. I am currently a envato elements subscriber. I wanted to know what is the difference between Envato Elements and Place it by Envato? Do either of these have more options for templates to download? Thank you.
placeit lets you edit the templates in a very limited fashion directly in your browser. On Elements, you get the project files to edit yourself, but need the software like Adobe After Effects for that.
If you do not have the software required to edit the temlates, placeit is your go to. Else, elements has far more templates and you can really customize the animations to your desire. The output of placeit is often far from professional in my opinion.
