Elite Alliance Copyright Content ID Claims

Hi, I’ve recently started a new YouTube channel project and used music with licenses from Envato Elements. I have received content ID claims for all the songs in my video, and the licenses I have provided have been good enough to clear the claims from all other copyright agencies apart from Elite Alliance.

The songs in question are:

Christmas Music by @ORANGE_PRODUCTION

Christmas Music 21054208 by @AlexGrohl

& Christmas Music by Twisterium

Can you please help get my disputes settled properly for these? Thank you so much! Love your music!

Hello,

Did you use a separate license for each video? A license is only valid for a single video. If you used a same license for more than one video, that could be the reason why Elite Alliance did not lift their claims.

I actually did make this mistake on these videos, but I now have a separate license for each of these videos. But on some more recent videos where I did not make this mistake, and did have individual licenses for each video ready, before disputing the claims, they still haven’t lifted their claim. From reading online, apparently Elite Alliance are bad for this…

Have you checked the thread below?

As the issue is on YouTube, there’s noone here to help you but you will need to submit the claim that you have the proper license for the videos.

Yes, I have. As you’ll read in this article: How to resolve Elite Alliance copyright claim (melodyloops.com) it’s not quite as simple as that with Elite Alliance.

It’s a shame for their artists because I’ll be avoiding any music that they manage from now.

The best thing may be to contact the item author

That’s what I’m trying to do with this post. I’ll contact them directly on audio jungle tomorrow. Thanks for the replies
