Elements: "Sorry, we weren't able to sign you in using that link"

Hello, I recently subscribed to Envato Elements, but odly enough, I can’t sign in. Elements give me some error messages like: “We could not sign you in. Please try again.” or “Sorry, we weren’t able to sign you in using that link. You can try signing in again.”

Thankfully I can sign in on other Envato sites like “Envato Market” and “Envato Tuts” but not through “Envato Elements”

And to add: I was able to browse and download resources smoothly for about 2+ hours when I initially joined a few days ago

Things I’ve Tried:

. I have put in several ticket requests providing maximum proof of this issue and it’s been 2 days know and 0 response

. I have reset my password

. I have attempted to login from other devices and web browsers

. I have enabled and disabled " 2 Step Authentication"

. I have even linked and unlinked my google account

I have a Deadline for a Video to be finished and I purchased envato elements for there “Stock Video” & “Video Template” services, doesn’t seem as if my problem is a priority possibly they have a influx of issues tom resolve and I totally understand. Is there any other Resources/Alternatives you recommend to assist me with what I need?

Due to Cyber Monday/Black Friday week, the support may be slow.
You need to solve the problem with them

Creating several tickets may cause more delays…

I am now experiencing the same issue. I just bought my subsricption 1 day ago and I am already experiencing this. I can access Envato market and tuts but I can’t use Elements.

I already submitted my ticket for this, they replied once they just said they will check my account and as of now I have no updates or anything.

Just wait for the respond

Log out and clear the browser cache. Login to the system and try again.

I’ve tried it many times, same results

“Sorry, we weren’t able to sign you in using that link. You can try signing in again.”

I can access other Envato Sites (Market, Tuts) but not elements

tried to disconnect my google account same results

Can you change your IP ( Wireless vs Data ) on a new browser and try again? If that doesn’t help, you need to contact Envato Elements support.

Has this problem been resolved? I also can’t log into my elements account with a purchased subscription! My user support requests are already several days old! and they remain ignored!

Hello i have the same problem, I suscribe and immediately the platform kick me and I can’t log in in my account. I wrote to support and I don’t have answers (1 week with no reply). What I can do?
