Hello, I recently subscribed to Envato Elements, but odly enough, I can’t sign in. Elements give me some error messages like: “We could not sign you in. Please try again.” or “Sorry, we weren’t able to sign you in using that link. You can try signing in again.”
Thankfully I can sign in on other Envato sites like “Envato Market” and “Envato Tuts” but not through “Envato Elements”
And to add: I was able to browse and download resources smoothly for about 2+ hours when I initially joined a few days ago
Things I’ve Tried:
. I have put in several ticket requests providing maximum proof of this issue and it’s been 2 days know and 0 response
. I have reset my password
. I have attempted to login from other devices and web browsers
. I have enabled and disabled " 2 Step Authentication"
. I have even linked and unlinked my google account
Could someone help me?

I have a Deadline for a Video to be finished and I purchased envato elements for there “Stock Video” & “Video Template” services, doesn’t seem as if my problem is a priority possibly they have a influx of issues tom resolve and I totally understand. Is there any other Resources/Alternatives you recommend to assist me with what I need?
I am now experiencing the same issue. I just bought my subsricption 1 day ago and I am already experiencing this. I can access Envato market and tuts but I can’t use Elements.
I already submitted my ticket for this, they replied once they just said they will check my account and as of now I have no updates or anything.
Has this problem been resolved? I also can’t log into my elements account with a purchased subscription! My user support requests are already several days old! and they remain ignored!
