Envato Elements “we could not sign you in please try again envato” Issue

I entered my debit card to purchase envato elements, then the bank failed to charge my card and I can no longer access my envato elements account. I keep getting the warning “we could not sign you in please try again envato”.
Note:I changed my browser, deleted cookies, disconnected my google account and tried to log in again with my gmail account by creating a two-step protected factor and I still have the same problem.
I had two separate envato accounts and one of them is 8 years old and I can’t even access the factors I purchased. I can’t log in to all my old and new envato elements accounts. I have searched forums, read hundreds of articles and many people have this problem and unfortunately there is no solution.
I have sent countless e-mails to the support team and I have not received any answer. I would like to ask for help from friends who know the answer to this problem and can help.

I have emailed and instagrammed many times about this issue. I have been waiting for a solution for two days.

Please try the following steps:

  1. Attempt to log in using a different web browser.
  2. Try logging in on a different device.
  3. Log in after enabling a VPN (browsers like Opera offer a free VPN service).

@baevox
Using VPN may cause more issues due to Envato policy and the system may think there’s another access from different country.

The link you have shared for the marketplace ( general inquiries ) , as Elements has different ticket system.

@ki-themes I understand that some people might have encountered issues in the past while using a VPN. However, I use a VPN occasionally and haven’t faced any such problems. The issue could be related to the specific VPN service being used, especially if it’s not a reputable one. Personally, I use Proton VPN, which also offers free services.

I reached out to Envato for clarification, and they confirmed that it’s okay to use a VPN. Sometimes, Codecanyon may not load due to CDN outages in certain regions, and in those cases, I rely on a VPN to access the site.
