Hello to everyone,
I got an email like below.
Action Required: Your payment is being held
“Hello, the Bank Address provided is NOT accepted. To receive payment, please provide us with your correct residential address including full street name, your house/apartment number and postal code, if applicable. Thank you.”
When I log in to my Envato account, I see a screen like the one below.
I use Payoneer for payment. Do I have to enter the bank account I got from Payoneer here? Or is it your own residential address?
Also, I received payment via this method last month, I don’t understand why this is the case this month. @BenLeong

@uicube have you changed address recently? Bank address is not accepted. Only your full residental address

The same problem, and when I enter my Ukrainian registration address, the field is red and you can not click “save”
I also received this email but when I fill up and save. I got error “Address is required”
