Hello all, hopefully someone can help me.
I have been struggling to download any stock video footage from the elements site, all downloads fail after about 200mb regardless of file size. I have tried multiple browsers, devices, including my pixel 4, networks (lte and 4 different wireless networks) but ALL video downloads appear to fail after about 200mb or more. please help, any advice is appreciated.
I can download any templates, photos etc fine.
