I am a new member of Envato Elements. When i am trying to download my first footages with Chrome, all downloads interrupt in a short while after begin. Can somebody help me? I have to finish my video cutting today but i can’t download anything! Please help!
Perhaps you have a plugin or download tool that it preventing it? Have you tried downloading through an incognito tab or with all your plugins turned off?
