This only happens with new uploaded images. Is anyone else having the same problem?
How many items recently you have downloaded? Even though it’s unlimited download - as advertised, there’s a limit per person per day/week. If you have reached that amount, your account may have the issue with the downloads as your screenshot.
I just bought a new account three days ago and downloaded a lot of Stock Video. After that, I couldn’t download the new Stock Video. I just couldn’t download the new Stock Video. I can download longer classic videos or music templates that can be downloaded. It’s just that the latest Stock Video cannot be downloaded, but I just need the latest Stock Video. I don’t need the others. It seems to be aimed at me. Although there is a certain quantity limit, my new account has not been restricted for a single day in a week. It has been three days and I still have it. Unable to download without weekly and monthly restrictions
Can I get a refund in this case? I only used it for four or five days, and I was able to use it only for one day. The rest of the time it restricted me.

This happens with new added images for me as well, but I don’t remember downloading excessive amount of images. And I can download not recently uploaded stuff. I contacted support.

I don’t think you’d be able to get a refund as you have downloaded lots of Stock Video as you stated, it’s not related to how many days you have used, it’s related if you have used it.
It’s like eating 1/3rd of the burger in the restaurant and telling them you’re not gonna pay for it because you didn’t finish the burger 
I still hope that it can be used normally, otherwise I will not subscribe to the membership. The purpose of subscribing is for normal use, not for a refund after use, so I hope the whole problem can be solved as soon as possible. But if it always limits me and prevents me from using it normally, it is equal to my purchase. It’s been a year but only used for one day

My problem still exists and I still can’t download the latest video. No human customer service has responded to me yet. The automatic reply in the email shows that they are currently receiving a large number of inquiries and may need to wait for up to 6 days. Don’t be frustrated. I feel that there is still a way to solve it. I’m just worried that this situation may affect your work. I can still wait for some time. I’m trying to distract myself so as to forget about the waiting time.
@aytug2001 My status is normal and I can download the latest videos. But I don’t know how long it will last. Will it be restricted after downloading? I hope your account can return to normal soon.
Hi! I’m experiencing the same issue with Envato Elements. It seems to be a temporary problem with newly uploaded images. The error message suggests they are aware and working on a fix. Let’s check back later for updates.
